Position: Office Assistant (Part-Time Hybrid)
Location: Denver, CO (with flexibility for some remote work)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct day-to-day tasks including data entry, schedule management, vendor coordination, and file organization.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the team.
- Act as a point of contact for clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
